The Fragrance of Purpose, is the Women's Ministry of Salt of the Earth Outreach Global Ministries, Inc. At this amazing Women's Ministry, we have an opportunity to collaborate with women locally and globally and support one another in doing three essential things. Here women learn to:

• Persevere through the process!

• Wait patiently on the promise!

• While preparing for purpose!

The Fragrance of Purpose Ministry is focused on providing support to the whole woman (every part of who she is and essence of who she is destined and purposed to become)! It is here, where women gather and learn the strategies of perseverance. Women receive spiritual support, enjoy fellowship and have an opportunity to serve. They are provided with education on balance and self-care and are intentionally demonstrating the love of God in both words and deeds. Women connected to The Fragrance of Purpose learn the importance of her personal process. It is in the process that her heart, her fears, her struggles, insecurities but more importantly her strength and knowledge of who God is to her personally is revealed. It is here where she will discover the importance of waiting (and doing so with patience) on the promises of God. We ensure support for every woman in their preparation process towards their purpose!
